Directory System Release 09.03 available

The additional functionality that release 09.03 offers includes:

HTML-based coupons
User statistics
Improvements to picture management
admin can now setup all picture types sizes for uplaod and display
users and admin can upload pictures to be used with HTML descriptions
Improved user sign up wizard
